Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please send an email to hello@weekendhousekids.com indicating your name, order number and what item/items do you wish to exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with original labels and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs, if they are applied. We kindly advise to send your return with a service that provides tracking or proof of delivery. We can’t not make a refund or exchange if we have not recieve it.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and after inspection, we will email you to notify the status. The refund will be made using the original method of payment, depending on the method used it could take up to 15 days to recieve it.

Returns on sale items 

Refunds are not allowed during sales period. We offer to exchange the garment/s or a gift card.  Please contact hello@weekendhousekids.com for more information.

Archive sale (applies on items from 60%off): we can not exchange or accept returns for these items. Thank you.
