Important information for non UE orders:
For deliveries outside the European countries, please be aware that customs or duties are not included. These charges have to be paid to the courier by the recipient of the parcel upon delivery of your product.
We dispatch orders within 1 to 4 days business days (from Monday to Friday).
All orders are shipped with UPS. The aprox. delivery times once the order has been collected from our warehouse are:
- Spain: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days
- UK, USA, Asia & Australia: 4 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days
You will recieve an email from UPS with the tracking details of your order. You can follow the progress of your parcel throught UPS website using the tracking info provided by them.
